📍 Work organisation and location

You will work in our modern offices located in the heart of Porto, offering excellent accessibility and an ideal location just a few steps away from Trindade metro station.

To ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide you with the appropriate support, the first few months will be office-based. After 3 to 4 months, you may be eligible for remote work, provided that your performance is consistently in line with the expected targets.

Your responsibilities

As a French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will include:

✅ Making and receiving calls to assist customers with their enquiries
✅ Handling customer requests through back-office channels
✅ Advising and supporting customers throughout their experience
✅ Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
✅ Handling objections and complaints professionally
✅ Performing sales-related tasks according to the project’s requirements
✅ Ensuring a high-quality customer service experience
✅ Using different IT applications, systems and digital tools

What we are looking for

✅ Excellent command of French, both written and spoken: C1 or C2 level is mandatory
✅ Good theoretical and practical computer skills
✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Strong customer service mindset and results-oriented approach
✅ Proactive attitude and ability to suggest effective solutions
✅ Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Centre, sales, customer care or advisory roles is considered an advantage
✅ Availability to work variable and rotating schedules
✅ Availability for a full-time position: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
