Controller
Please be advised that: The Controller of your personal data is Armatis Polska Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Domaniewska 50A, 02-672 Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the Controller.
Legal bases for processing
The Controller conducts the processing of your personal data on the basis of:
a) Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, Article 221 of the Labour Code, authorizes us to process data for the purpose of concluding an employment contract in the scope of such data as: name(s) and surname, date of birth, correspondence address at your discretion. For the purposes of the recruitment process, we also process data such as: education, previous employment.
b) Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, consent, in the scope of data other than those listed above. If your application contains such data.
c) Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, the legitimate interest of the Controller.
During the recruitment process, we may be interested in conducting an interview or ask you to solve certain placement tests. We have a legitimate interest in using the data obtained during such an interview or test to check your skills for the offered position.
Data recipients
Your personal data may be transferred to entities acting on behalf of Armatis Polska Sp. z o.o., providers of ICT services and solutions, entities providing recruitment services, providers of on-line recruitment services, advertisers, as well as representatives of entities for which Armatis Polska provides its services.
Retention period
Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to complete the recruitment process, but no longer than 6 months from the date of publication of the advertisement. If you have consented to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of future recruitment, your data will be processed for no longer than 1 year.
To the extent that your data will be processed for the purposes of our legitimate interests, they may be stored by us for the purposes of establishing, investigating or defending against claims, until the statute of limitations for these claims expires.
Voluntary provision and consent
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to complete the selection procedure.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Rights and contact
You have the right to request the Administrator to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it, limit the processing of personal data, or lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, transfer data, as well as withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
