✅ Make/Receive calls from various clients and respond to their requests,
✅ Handle customer requests in back office,
✅ Commercial skills according to the projects
✅ Ability to handle objections/complaints,
✅ Comfortable with different applications i

What we expect from you:

✅ Proficiency in French language (oral/written): level C1 / C2 (mandatory prerequisite),
✅ Good theoretical and practical knowledge of Computer Science (mandatory prerequisite),
✅ Good interpersonal skills,
✅ Be proactive / able to make proposals
✅ Experience in customer relations will be an advantage,
✅ Available for variable and rotating schedules (40 hours/week - 8 hours/day)
