Ryanair’s Customer Service with Italian language (B2)

Stationary work.

Your daily tasks:
🟢Full customer service for passengers of a well-known airline via 3 contact channels: incoming calls, chats and e-mails (including handling complaints).
🟢You would deal mainly with: flight changes, check-in issues, luggage queries, managing personal data and other, similar matters connected to travelling.

🟢Knowledge of a Spanish language, min. at B2 level,
🟢Communicative knowledge of the English language (training in English),
🟢Computer literacy,
🟢Availability at least 100 hours a month,
🟢Communication skills.
