Your responsibilities:

✅ Make/Receive calls from different clients and respond to their requests,
✅ Respond to customer requests in back office,
✅ Know how to handle objections/complaints,
✅ Be comfortable with various computer applications,

What we expect from you:

✅ Proficiency in French language (oral/written): level C1/C2 (mandatory requirement),
✅ Good theoretical and practical knowledge of Computer Science (mandatory requirement),
✅ Good interpersonal skills,
✅ Be proactive / able to make proposals
✅ Experience in customer relations will be an asset,
✅ Be available for variable and rotating schedules from Monday to Sunday between 06:00-23:00 (40 hours/week - 8 hours/day)
