Your responsibilities:

✅ Make/Receive calls from different clients and respond to their requests,
✅ Respond to client requests in back office,
✅ Commercial skills according to the projects
✅ Ability to handle objections/complaints,
✅ Comfortable with various computer applications,

What we expect from you:

✅ Proficiency in French language (oral/written): level C1/C2 (mandatory prerequisite),
✅ Good theoretical and practical knowledge in Computer Science (mandatory prerequisite),
✅ Good interpersonal skills,
✅ Be proactive / able to make proposals
✅ Experience in customer relations will be an advantage,
✅ Available for variable and rotating schedules from Monday to Saturday between 07-19h (40h/week - 8h/day )
