Employee referral

You are our best ambassador.

Employee referral is a recruitment method where you recommend someone from your network for a role. It is also known as participative recruitment or sponsorship. It is one of our TOP 5 recruitment sources.

Everything you need to know

A simple approach,
a real impact.

Who can refer a candidate?

All employees can make a referral and are eligible for the employee referral bonus.

Except:

  • HR teams and Site Management.
  • People directly involved in the recruitment process.
  • More generally, anyone who may decide whether or not a referred candidate is validated during their onboarding period.

Bonus payment conditions*

BONUS: €150 gross

Both the referrer and the referred employee must still be employed by the company on the bonus payment date:

  • Fixed-term contracts: at the end of the first month of the contract, even if the referred employee is still in training.
  • Permanent contracts: at the end of the probationary period (maximum 2 months if the probationary period is longer).

* outside special referral challenge periods

The referrer’s commitments

  • Speak with candidates beforehand to check their motivation and skills against the role.
  • Obtain the referred person’s prior agreement to be contacted by the Armatis Recruitment team and to enter the recruitment process.
  • Understand the recruitment process in place within the company.

Candidates are not considered referred if they:

  • Have previously worked for the company.
  • Have already applied and are already known in our recruitment databases.
  • Come through an agency, temporary employment company or another company already working with Armatis.
