Your fonctions:

– Answer customer questions by telephone
– Answer customer requests in the back office,
– Respond to objections/complaints,
– Be comfortable using different computer applications

What we expect from you:

– Fluency in Traditional Chinese C1/C2 oral + written ( mandatory requirement)
– Fluency in English C1/C2 oral + written ( mandatory requirement)
– Customer relationship / call centre experience
– 40h/week;
– Motivation and commercial spirit;
– A love of customer service
– Dynamic profile, with a love of sport
