Holder of the Social Responsibility Label, and signatory of the Diversity Charter, armatis-lc has put in place a profitable growth model, based on strong values: Innovation, Diversity, Excellence, Commitment. armatis-lc is recruiting a Sales Manager Main responsibilities: Achieve growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team; Build and promote strong, long-lasting Client relationships at a senior level by partnering with them and understanding their needs; Research Client needs and requirements, implement new ideas/strategies to generate interest in sales Manage all aspects of the bid response, ensuring timely delivery and coordinating with the other internal stakeholders; Maintain intelligence and knowledge library updated;

Profil

Who are we looking for? Fluency in Portuguese and English (minimum C1); Experience in the Contact Center / BPO industry as Sales or Bid Manager (minimum 3 years); Strong communication skills both written and spoken; Good negotiation competencies; Ability to work in a high-pressure environment to demanding deadlines; Capability to establish credibility and rapport with key business stakeholders;
