Your responsibilities
– Supporting clients in Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish – via phone, email, and chat,
– Responding to inquiries and solving client issues – you will be the first person to help them,
– Providing support regarding automotive products and services – sharing knowledge and assisting clients,
– Maintaining high-quality service and customer satisfaction – every interaction you have will make an impression.

Our requirements
– Very good knowledge of Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish (C1 level) to communicate smoothly with clients and business partners,
– Communicative knowledge of English – you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment,
– Ability to communicate effectively and build positive client relationships – your openness will make a difference,
– Willingness to develop in the automotive industry – you will learn everything from scratch and quickly gain experience,
– Experience in a similar position is a plus, but if you are just starting out, there’s nothing stopping you from learning.
